| Booking Procedure: |
| You must complete the on-line booking form and enter your credit card details to secure the booking. We use an encrypted security system to ensure your credit card details are safe. The person who completes the on-line booking form must be over 18 years of age and is responsible for ensuring full payment with Gold Coast Towers. They are also responsible for keeping other members of his/her party informed as to the booking details. The booking is entered and a booking ID will be provided to you as well as details of the booking. It is advisable to print out the on-screen booking details at the time of booking and retain it for your information. If you have provided a valid email address, details of the booking will be forwarded to that address. For your booking to be valid you must receive confirmation from us refer Booking Confirmation. Please carefully check the details on your on-screen booking voucher/email and all other documentation on receipt and inform us immediately of any errors. We do not accept liability for any errors not notified to us within 72 hours of the date of booking and it may not be possible to make corrections at a later stage. We must be able to contact you from the information you provide on the booking form. |
| Deposit & Payment Terms: |
A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking and must be paid within 5 days of making the booking.
For bookings made less than 14 days, full payment is required.
A binding contract will only exist between you and the supplier when payment has been made by you and we have confirmed that a receipt and confirmation will be issued.
If you fail to pay a deposit within 5 days, your booking will automatically cancel without notification to you.
The following credit cards will be accepted for payment: Visa & MasterCard. 2%credit card surcharge apply

| Cancellation: |
| Bookings cancelled at any time incur a $50.00 administration fee. Bookings cancelled 0-30 days from arrival date incur full loss of deposit. Bookings cancelled 30 days or more from arrival date will receive a refund of deposit less administration fee of $50.00. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather or illness. These must be claimed through your travel insurance. |
| Facilities & Service Charges: |
| Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the description of rooms and facilities at each property is accurate, on occasion, these may be changed or taken out of service. Gold Coast Towers cannot be held liable for omissions or errors whether temporary or permanent of a property's facilities and services. We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation, of a similar standard, should this occur. |

All quotations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until a deposit has been received.

| Travel Insurance: |
Travel insurance is a must for all holiday makers to ensure you are adequately covered for any losses incurred whilst you are away from home. It is essential that this insurance covers you for involuntary cancellation of your holiday including airfares but is not limited to the following: loss of deposit through cancellation, damage or loss to personal belongings, medical expenses etc. To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of guest should not exceed the number stated on the confirmation notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic and not commercial use. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Damages, breakages, theft and loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to it's condition on arrival. Check out time is 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
Mastercard or Visa details are kept as a bond, subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared etc.
Linen is supplied.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with Gold Coast Towers in writing. |
| Indemnity: |
You indemnify us and suppliers against any claim, demand, liability, damage, fines, loss or expense of any kind arising from but not limited to:
- Your breach of the terms and conditions on this site.
- The availability or quality of the services .
- An error or miss-description in information provided to us by suppliers.
- Loss of, damage to or theft of property. Loss of life, injury or loss of enjoyment in connection with the services.

Personal information in relation to your booking will not be disclosed to anyone. We are committed to your security and therefore utilise the latest security technology to ensure your personal information is protected. |
Submission of a booking denotes acceptance of all the above conditions.
